The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker lists and leases 3,500 s/f

Providence, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and leased 3,500 s/f of class A office space located in the “Clock” Building in Greenville Center.
The historic building has 7,200 s/f and has been fully renovated to include new heating systems, roof, fire coding and separate utilities. The building has a 1,700 s/f lot for ample parking with a new traffic light installed for easy access to Putnam Pike and Rte. I-295.
The new tenant was secured by the Foncellino team in 30 days. They are a mortgage company that will be relocating from Providence.
