Warwick, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and leased 2,500 s/f of class A retail space located in a former Friendly’s building space at 2080 Warwick Ave. to Healy Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Inc. The building is a stand alone with a large lot for parking. The landlord was Herbert Harris LLC.
Healy Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Inc. is a locally owned and operated outpatient physical therapy practice with facilities in East Providence and Cumberland. The new location will be completely renovated. They will offer physical therapy and rehability programs and treatments.
