The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker leases 5,000 s/f in Cumberland

Cumberland, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division completed the 5,000 s/f lease to Kate Spade New Jersey LCI Holdings Inc. at 45 Industrial Rd.
Kate Spade has corporate offices in North Bergen, N.J. They specialize in designer handbags, accessories, personal organizers, address books shoes, beauty products, perfume, raincoats, pajamas and eyewear since 1993.
The space at 45 Industrial Rd. has 22’ ceilings and is sprinklered. It will be used as a satellite distribution center.
With the addition of Kate Spade, the building is now 85% leased.
