The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker completes $500,000 sale at 380 Atwood Avenue

Cranston, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division listed and sold a 25,000 s/f lot located at 380 Atwood Ave. for $500,000 to Safeway Oil Change and Automotive Services. The seller was Tonetti Enterprises.
Safeway provides automotive services specializing in: car care, brake repairs, undercar, heating and cooling, transmission, four wheel alignments, complete diagnostic services and towing.
The 5,000 s/f facility is unique in that it has two “maintenance pits” to facilitate all undercar repairs.
