Woonsocket, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division completed the sale of 13,000 s/f at 332 River St. The seller is River Street Properties and the buyer is Retro Tec Insulation LLC.
Retro Tec Insulation is a privately held company in Woonsocket. They specialize in insulation installation, cold and heat, blower door tests, airsealing and window and door insulation.
Retro Tec will use the building for warehouse space and renovate the second floor into 5 residential apartments.
