The Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker brokers $390,000 sale

East Providence, RI The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker commercial division, with Keller Williams Leading Edge Real Estate, sold a mixed-use property consisting of 4,800 s/f at 833 Willett Ave. for $390,000. The office building and multifamily building are located on a
51,000 s/f lot.
The new buyers, Robert and Meghan Haskel, will locate their income tax preparation business in the office building after it is renovated. The business was started in 2008 and consists of tax professionals with a combination of 45 years of experience.
Kyle Seyboth of Keller Williams Leading Edge represented the buyer. The seller was David MacDonald.
