The Dolben Company opens Rozzie as
leasing and property manager

Boston, MA Rozzie, featuring luxury apartments with close access to downtown in a quiet setting in a neighborhood with abundant green space, is leasing studio to three-bedroom units in Roslindale, with occupancy already begining.

“We are delighted to be managing Rozzie,” said Thomas Beaton, senior vice president for management of The Dolben Company, which is leasing and managing the new building. “The property is ideally located for commuters and offers a robust amenity package. We have already seen a great deal of interest from the market and are looking forward to an accelerated lease-up.”

Rossie has 106 units and is located at 289 Walk Hill St. in Roslindale, across from the Massachusetts Audubon Society’s Nature Center and Wildlife Sanctuary.

The new residences, designed by Embarc, have a fitness center, co-working space, work-from-home pods, a library and lounge, community room, outdoor patio with grills, bike storage, and both outdoor and garage parking.

Rozzie is a four-story, midrise building with steel and wood framing and brick and panel siding. The apartments feature finishes, including stainless GE appliances, two-tone metropolitan cabinetry, plank flooring, walk-in closets, smart-lock unit entry, expansive glass, and vaulted ceilings in select units.

Rozzie features three studio units, 61 one-bedrooms, 39 two-beds, and four three-bed units. Studio units average 650 s/f, one-bedrooms 1,453 s/f, two-beds 1,082 s/f, and three-beds 1,453 s/f.

The location is served by MBTA Bus routes stops for Bus 14, Buses 32 and 33, and Buses 21 and 31. Rozzie is also a 20-minute walk from the MBTA’s Forest Hills Green Line Station and a half-hour walk to the Arnold Arboretum.
