The Dolben Company assumes management of Wellington Parkside

Everett, MA The Dolben Company, Inc. has assumed the management of Wellington Parkside. Situated off of the bus line, the property is one mile from the Wellington MBTA Station. Dolben, in conjunction with Taurus Investment Holdings, owns the property; this is the first joint venture between the two companies.

Comprising 190 units, Wellington Parkside offers one and two bedroom apartments, with high-end finishes including designer lighting, stone counters with stainless appliances, private balconies, and downtown Boston views. The community clubhouse features a fireplace, business center, and WiFi access; additional community amenities include a fitness center with yoga studio, and shuttle access to and from the Wellington MBTA Station.
