The Dolben Co. begins pre-leasing at The Residences at Great Pond

Randolph, MA According to The Dolben Company, Inc., The Residences at Great Pond has begun pre-leasing. The Residences at Great Pond is a 234-unit property. Located 12 miles south of downtown Boston, the property features five residential buildings and a clubhouse that will host a variety of amenities such as a BBQ area with fire pit, swimming pool, fitness center, billiards room, and a business/meeting room. The Residences at Great Pond is a joint venture between Dolben and Equity Industrial Partners; this is the companies’ first joint venture together.

The Residences at Great Pond features one and two bedroom homes, complete with amenities such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting over the breakfast bar, vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and living room, and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. Every apartment has a private balcony or patio, with an oversized slider granting access. The first units are scheduled for occupancy this month.
