TDC is planning to invest significant capital to re-imagine One Burlington Business Center, with a focus on creating a modern, first class environment that’s consistent with the property’s premiere location. Working with Margulies Perruzzi Architects, improvements throughout the building will include: newly renovated lobbies and common areas with additional seating and upgraded finishes; landscaping and lighting around the building’s east and west entrances; a new conference center located adjacent to the main lobby and a new outdoor patio.

Work is scheduled to commence this summer.

“The building’s consistent renewal pace speaks to the asset’s quality and location as well as to our dedicated property management team. We are thrilled that One Burlington Business Center is home to such a wide variety of distinguished companies,” said Mark Bush, a senior vice president of asset management at TDC.

The building is adjacent to the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center and close to both Wayside Commons and the Burlington Mall.

TDC has repositioned a number of properties in the Burlington area including: Burlington Woods One and Three, located directly adjacent to One Burlington, The Center at Corporate Dr., a 480,000 s/f first class office park, also in Burlington and The Xchange in Bedford, Mass., a 470,000 s/f office/R&D park which TDC transformed into a campus with amenities.
