The Dartmouth Company leases 20,000 s/f to Brothers Marketplace

Duxbury, MA According to The Dartmouth Company, Brothers Marketplace has signed a long-term lease for 20,000 s/f of retail space at Duxbury Plaza. The specialty market will join Bank of America, Rite Aid, the United States Postal Service, Santander Bank and others.

Brothers Marketplace has existing locations in Medfield, Waltham, and Weston, Mass. The market will feature a handpicked selection of fresh foods, local products, prepared meals, full service catering, and grocery essentials and is set to open at 46 Depot St. in summer 2019.

Mary Powers, executive vice president of The Dartmouth Company represented ownership in the transaction.

“We took on the assignment knowing that this village center location deserved the best and would require   attention to detail and time to find and curate a first-rate tenant to replace Foodie’s Market,” said Powers. “Early on we knew the best scenario for the center and the community was to replace Foodie’s with another high-quality market.  Brothers Marketplace will be a great addition to the village center and community.”
