Portland, ME The Loquat Shop, a fashion brand, has relocated to the first floor of the historic Mechanics’ Hall at 519 Congress St. The move to this location marks a milestone for both Loquat and the Maine Charitable Mechanic Association, the landlord of this property. Nate Stevens and Samantha Marinko of The Boulos Company brokered the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord, facilitating a seamless transition into this historic landmark.
