Tartaglione of Coldwell Banker Comm'l. sells Pocasset Shop. Ctr.
Nicholas Tartaglione of Coldwell Banker Commercial sold the 27,400 s/f Pocasset Shopping Center located at 319 Pocasset Ave. for $830,000. The retail property contains 11 store units and is located in the Silver Lake section of the city.
Anthony DiGennaro of Re/Max Preferred Properties represented the buyer JC Investments, LLC.
Tartaglione represented the seller New Age Industries, Inc.
