Tamposi of CB Richard Ellis brokers $2.3 million sale of 9 Flagstone Dr., Hudson: 37,576 s/f facility

According to CB Richard Ellis/New England, the firm has brokered two recent sales at 9 Flagstone Dr. and 68 Daniel Webster Hwy. in Merrimack, N.H. Mike Tamposi of the Manchester, N.H. office of CB Richard Ellis handled both transactions. The sale of 9 Flagstone Dr., a 37,576 s/f industrial facility and garage was sold to Ashwood Development Companies, Inc. for $2.3 million. The building, which sits in the Sagamore Industrial Park, boasts 16-ft. clear heights, five loading docks, two drive-ins, and a 3,500 s/f office. The property also includes a fenced in yard and a 6,000 s/f garage/warehouse with five overhead doors and 20-ft. clear heights. Ashwood Development is a developer and builder of carefully planned neighborhoods and finely crafted homes. Founded as Ashwood Homes in 1978, the company has since grown to become a developer, designer and homebuilder. This recent acquisition will serve as the company's headquarters. Tamposi also negotiated a separate lease of 17,200 s/f at this location to Homans Associates, which is an HVAC and industrial insulation products wholesaler that serves all of New England, New York and New Jersey. The former Senecal Beverage building at 68 Daniel Webster Hwy. in Merrimack, N.H. Tamposi brokered the sale of the 18,000 s/f light industrial/warehouse building to Yankee Industrial Supply, LLC for $1.25 million. The building, which sits on 2.25 acres, features visibility and frontage on both the Daniel Webster Hwy. and Web Dr. It boasts 22-ft. clear heights, internal loading docks, three powered overhead doors, two powered-dock levelers and 1,200 s/f of office space. Tamposi has also been contracted to assist Senecal Beverage in the sale of its building at 26 Victoria Court in Keene, N.H.
