Marlborough, MA Summit Realty Partners Inc. (SRP) and Aubuchon Realty Company, Inc. (ARC) have finalized two new leases as part of the repositioning of Wayside Crossing Shopping Center at 661 Boston Post Rd. East. 

Provincetown, MA John Ciluzzi, president of Premier Commercial, of Centerville, has been retained to market and sell the property located at 321 Commercial St., known as The Lobster Pot.

Walpole, MA Dan Waldman of Waldman Associates said that the Walpole Mall has added Duck Donuts, a popular southern donut shop, to its tenant roster.

East Haven, CT Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc., has completed the following transactions.     Richetelli represented the seller, Partners 95, LLC, in the sale of 96 Frontage Rd.; a multi-tenant retail building on .74 acres for $2.65 million.

Bedford, MA 363 Great Road LLC, and TRB Realty has closed the $3.775 million sale of the Great Road Plaza, a 19,230 s/f, two-story, mixed-use investment property on Great Rd.

Ridgefield, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of 20 West Ln. Senior associates Rich Edwards and Jeff Wright, along with senior VP, investments Brad Balletto, and associate Patrick Hegarty, represented the seller and procured the buyer for a mixed-use investment property.

Westport, CT Cushman & Wakefield has arranged three leases totaling 50,759 s/f at the renovated 1200 Post Rd. East. Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Klimek and Jim Fagan represented the landlord, 1200 Post Road LLC, in the transactions.

Salem, NH The Container Store has opened its first New Hampshire location at Tuscan Village located at 10 S. Village Dr. Suite 300. This will be The Container Store’s 96^th retail location nationally.
