
Ridgefield, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NEPCG) has completed the sale of 20 West Ln.
Senior associates Rich Edwards and Jeff Wright, along with senior VP, investments Brad Balletto, and associate Patrick Hegarty, represented the seller and procured the buyer for a mixed-use investment property.
20 West Ln. sold for $3.025 million; and offers amenities and conveniences to its tenants and visitors. Situated in Fairfield County, the estate is close to Northern Westchester.
