Orange, CT Scott Zakos associate commercial real estate broker of Vidal/Wettenstein LLC has arranged the sale of Contempo Square, located at 200 Boston Post Rd. Described as a 23,500 s/f multi tenanted retail/office building on 1.98± acres. Known as the “miracle mile” section of the Boston Post Rd. the investment property was purchased by S. Boston Post Property LLC for $2.325 million.

Lynnfield, MA Celebrating 10 years this fall, MarketStreet, the North Shore’s premier neighborhood destination for shopping, dining and entertainment, has opened BURG Kitchens + Appliances. Framingham, MA Marlene Aron, principal of Metrowest Commercial RE has completed the sale of three retail properties. The two Rte. 9 establishments that have been sold were Uncle Cheung’s Restaurant, a fixture for 40 years, at 266 Worcester Rd. The new owners of Uncle Cheung’s operate AOI Japanese Restaurant, which will remain at 855 Worcester Rd. They plan to open an Asian-style dumpling restaurant.

Cape Elizabeth, ME The Good Table restaurant at 527 Ocean House Rd. was sold to Prentice Hospitality Group for an undisclosed price. The Boulos Company’s Jon Rizzo, Greg Boulos, and Sasha Phillips represented the seller. For 38 years the Good Table, run by father-daughter restaurateurs Lisa and Tony Kostopoulos, has been loved for its generous portions of comfort food, Greek specialties and friendly staff.

Boston, MA Doug Marr, president of Keliher Real Estate Commercial Division has sold a retail condo at 570 Columbus Ave. The condo is 871 s/f with an additional 225 s/f exterior patio. Sales price was $785,000.

Cranston, RI Carpionato Group has opened New England’s first Topgolf sports and golf entertainment facility located at 120 Sockanosset Cross Rd. This 68,000 s/f project is the 91^st Topgolf facility worldwide and will allow for 500 playmakers to participate at any given time. Combined with Carpionato’s redevelopment of the former Citizens Bank building

Watertown, MA Acella Construction Corp. has completed a complete build out of the Restore Hyper Wellness center, located at 10 Bond St., within Arsenal Yards. The building is owned by Boylston Properties and the Wilder Companies. The Acella retail team was provided what is referred to in the construction industry as a “vanilla box” to renovate a 2,500 s/f space in accordance with Restore Hyper Wellness franchise standards.

Darien, CT Federal Realty Investment Trust have had five retailers sign leases at the newly completed Darien Commons, with the majority of ground floor retail spaces now leased. Overall, the development includes 75,000 s/f of new retail space along with 122 luxury apartments, which are 95% leased.  Newly signed tenants coming to Darien Commons:

Attleboro, MA RK Centers has acquired Bristol Place, now rebranded as RK Bristol Place. The property is located at 1130 Newport Ave. (Rte. 1A, adjacent to I-95 at Exit 2). According to public record the property sold for $70.55 million. Situated on 45.5-acres, the acquired RK Bristol Place is 415,404 s/f and represents a significant addition to RK Centers’ New England portfolio.
