Longmeadow, MA Regency Centers has acquired the fully leased Longmeadow Shops neighborhood center. “The Longmeadow Shops have been a fixture in this community dating back 50 years and serves as a town gathering spot for shopping and dining,” said Barry Argalas, managing director of transactions.

Boston, MA Lendlease has reached full completion and occupancy of retail space at Clippership Wharf, a mixed-use residential development. Comprising of 8,000 s/f, the ground-floor, waterfront retail is now occupied by three dining establishments: Café Iterum, The Smoke Shop

Wareham, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of the three retail pad sites (with five retailers). Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller to complete the transaction at a sale price of $7.6 million.  The pad sites are located at 1 Tobey Rd. The pad sites are comprised of three new construction buildings that consist of a two-tenant building leased to Starbucks and the U.S. Air National Guard, a single tenant Aspen Dental and a three-tenant building leased to Chipotle, Crumbl Cookies, and Wareham Animal Hospital.

Boston, MA District Real Estate Advisors have arranged the sale of two properties totaling $4.045 million in Boston and negotiated multiple leases for retailers in Waltham. Beck Dangler of District Real Estate Advisors negotiated the sale of two independent South Boston retail condominiums located at 141 Dorchester Ave. and 301 West Bdwy. The 2,148 s/f space at 141 Dorchester Ave. sold for $1.395 million and the 5,764 s/f bi-level space at 301 West Bdwy. sold for $2.65 million.
