Sylvester of CB Millett Realty sells 9,500 s/f
Chad Sylvester, an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Millett Realty negotiated the $495,000 sale of a 9,500 s/f office complex located at 5 Winada Dr. to Addison Patrick, LLC.
Sylvester represented the seller, Loon Cove Rentals, LLC. Judy Williams of Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate represented the buyer.
