Sweeney represents transfer of former corporate hdqtrs. of Benny’s Stores
Smithfield, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented Esmond Realty Corporation & Barmal Realty Corp. in the transfer of the Esmond Mills at 340 Waterman Ave. to 340 Waterman Avenue, LLC.
The former corporate headquarters and distribution center of Benny’s Stores has 612,000 s/f of industrial and office space on 28.53 acres. The new owners are planning a mixed use development for the site.
