Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells 34,500 s/f for $1.5 million; Schultheis brokers $375,000 sale of 742 Ten Rod Road

Providence, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sold 125 Ernest St. for $1.5 million. The 34,500 s/f warehouse building is located in the ManuCenter section in the city, off of Allen’s Ave. 

The seller, Shane Realty LLC was represented by Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal and the buyer, Choice Realty LLC, was represented by Brian Clark of Boston Realty Advisors.

In another transaction, 742 Ten Rod Rd. in Exeter sold for $375,000. The 4,380 s/f building sits on four acres on Rte. 102, between Exeter Public Library and town hall. The property will be used as an educational facility.
