Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells two multi-tenanted industrial mills for $6.25 million
Pawtucket, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers in the sale of 250 Esten Ave. and 541 Pawtucket Ave.
The two properties had a combined square footage of 239,200 s/f. The two renovated industrial mills had multiple tenants, both short and long term, and was nearly 100% occupied. Sweeney received multiple offers and the sites were sold to 541 Pawtucket Avenue LLC and 250 Esten Avenue LLC for $6.25 million.
