Providence, RI Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sold 205 Meeting St. on the east side for $2.6 million to Brown University in late December. The property is a 4,092 s/f retail space, off of Thayer St., that was previously Gourmet Heaven.
Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers and Andrew Galvin of CBRE represented the buyers.
