East Providence, RI 430 Newport Ave. sold for $350,000 in early October. The 2,232 s/f building was previously a Cilantro Mexican Grill. The buyer plans to open a Baja’s Tex Mex Grill at the site, which would be its second location in Rhode Island, with the first being on Thayer St. in Providence.
The sale was brokered by Thomas Sweeney & Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal.
