Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokers two sales totaling $2.24 million

Cranston, RI Alves Properties, LLC sold 25 Slater Rd. to G3 Slater Road, LLC for $1.75 million. The property is a 25,548 s/f industrial building with office space in the Howard Industrial Park on under 2 acres. 

The sale was brokered by Thomas Sweeney and Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal.

In another transaction, Joseph DeSanto, Jr. & Patricia Leff sold 875 Pontiac Ave. in Cranston to SEO Realty, LLC for $490,050. 

The property, previously used for a bank branch, is 1,960 s/f on 13,401 s/f and is less than a mile from the Garden City Shopping Plaza. The new owners plan to use the property for a medical use.

Sweeney represented the sellers, and Janet Scaralia of Albert Realtors represented the buyer.
