Sweeney Real Estate and Coldwell Banker sell 4,223 s/f 1000 Smith St. for $600,000
Providence, RI 1000 Smith St. sold for $600,000; $25,000 over asking price.
The property yielded multiple offers and was purchased by Rosalino Counseling LLC.
100 Smith St. is a 4,223 s/f office building located on the corner of Smith St. and Academy Ave., across from La Salle Academy.
Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers and Deborah Gold of Coldwell Banker represented the buyers.
