Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate brokers $1.275 million sale of redevelopment site

Cumberland, RI Joseph & Dolores Amaral sold a 4-acre redevelopment site located at 15 Jones St. to Civic RI Central Falls Charter I LLC for $1.275 million.
The 4 acres was improved by a 13,960 s/f retail space and a 10,000 s/f warehouse space. Both buildings will be demolished for construction of a new charter school.
