Coventry, RI Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the $875,000 sale of a 10,000 s/f flex building that sits on 1.72 acres in the Centre of New England Complex. Champion Providence Enterprises, LLC sold 15 Centre of New England Blvd. to DAI Holdings, LLC. The property features 4,000 s/f of office/showroom space and 6,000 s/f of high bay warehouse space with two drive-in doors and two loading docks. The buyers plan to occupy the space. Sweeney represented the sellers and Lisa Russo of Re/Max Professionals represented the buyers.

In another transaction, LLB Tenant, LLC leased 2,197 s/f of office space to SMP Global in the Design Exchange building located at 161 Exchange St. in Pawtucket. The Design Exchange building is the winner of the Rhode Award for preservation and reuse, the building retains its mill/loft like character while still providing amenities.
