Middletown, RI Leicester Associates, LLC sold 875 Aquidneck Ave. to Middletown Self-Storage, LLC for $1.8 million. The property is a 15,000 s/f office and distribution center that is located along Rte. 138A on 1.66 acres of land. Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal was the exclusive broker on this transaction.
In another transaction, Sassy Baby of Delaware subleases 8,414 s/f of office space in 413 Central Avenue in Pawtucket Rhode Island to DWG Design Group.
