1275 Wampanoag Trail sold for $1.25 million to Boucher 1275 LLC of Woonsocket. The property is located just north of the Barrington town line on 2.59 acres. The building is 30,000 s/f, with 25,000 RSF. Thomas Sweeney, SIOR, of Sweeney Real Estate and Appraisal, was the exclusive broker representing Richard Land, as receiver on this transaction. Sweeney has also been appointed as the exclusive broker to lease the space.
