Sweeney and Casey of Sweeney Real Estate broker $2.2 million sale
Warwick, RI Thomas Sweeney and Kevin Casey of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered a $2.2 million sale of a 42,442 s/f retail building that sits on 3.4 acres along Bald Hill Rd.
The Rockola Corporation of Delaware sold 105 Pace Blvd. to Gaspee Real Estate Partners of Rhode Island. The new owners are looking to stabilize the asset, and the property is currently available for lease.
