South Kingstown, RI Fred W. Smith Inc. sold 84 Old Tower Hill Rd. to BCP Capital Properties, LLC for $2.1 million. The property is a 4.97 acre site with a 10,804 s/f building. BCP Capital Properties, LLC plans to redevelop the property with retail in the front of the parcel and a self-storage facility in the back of the parcel.
