Quinn of SVN Parsons Commercial Group reps buyer of 399 River Road, LCI Paper Co; McGuire of CBRE/NE reps seller of 54,852 s/f, Barna L.P.

Hudson, MA 399 River Road Realty, LLC has purchased a 54,852 s/f flex building located at 399 River Rd. for $3.4 million. 399 River Road Realty, LLC is managed by partners John Parsons, Jr. of Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. of Framingham, Mass. and Larry Chase of LCI Paper Company of Marlborough.  In addition to the purchase, LCI Paper Company will be relocating its business to 399 River Rd. occupying 12,860 s/f.  Garrett Quinn of SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston represented the buyer, and Bob McGuire of CBRE/New England represented the seller, Barna Limited Partnership.

LCI Paper Company offers high quality stationery including specialty papers, envelopes, card stock and reception accessories for print and design. LCI Paper Company will be joining two other tenants in the building – Edgetech Instruments and MSP Digital Marketing.

“The building was an attractive asset to us in regards to its solid structure and layout and convenient location to major highways,” said John Parsons, Jr., managing partner of 399 River Road Realty, LLC. “In addition, the retail corridor surrounding the building make it an attractive location for prospective tenants.”

399 River Rd. is located with access to both I-495 and I-290. Amenities within three miles of the property include the Solomon Pond Mall, The Highland Commons, Target, Best Buy, The New England Sports Center, and much more.
