SVN | Parsons arranges $950,000 sale for Edwins Gifts Too, Inc.

341 West Central Street - Franklin, MA

Franklin, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 4,992 s/f retail building at 341 West Central St. to Franklin Food Pantry Inc. for $950,000.

Senior advisor, Marilyn Santiago and associate advisor, Liz Barber of SVN | Parsons represented the seller, Edwins Gifts Too, Inc., and Christine Molla of Costello Realty represented the buyer, Franklin Food Pantry Inc., in the transaction.

341 West Central St. was built in 1989 and is a freestanding commercial building adjacent to a retail center. The property is located on Rte. 140 at a lighted intersection with over 136’ of frontage on West Central St. and 48 parking spaces.

“As the selling brokers for 341 West Central St. in Franklin, MA we were honored to have worked with the family who owned and operated Edwin’s for over 50 years and a staple in the Franklin community. The family moved into 341 West Central after it was built for them in the early 90’s,” Santiago said.

“It was a pleasure to work with the family of Edwin’s Gifts in Franklin, MA with the sale of their property. The building will continue to be a community staple and Edwin’s legacy will live on forever that way,” Barber said.
