SVN | Masiello Commercial completes sale of Soapy’s Car Wash
Hudson, NH SVN | Masiello, one of the nation’s premier brokerage firms, has completed the sale of Soapy’s Car Wash and Detail Center, a full service car wash facility on .777 acres at 64 Derry Rd., to Michael Joy and Lindsay Joyce for an undisclosed amount.
Matthew Bacon and Cassandra Farley of SVN Masiello represented the seller, Derry Street LLC, and assisted the buyer in the transaction.
“It was a privilege to represent a great local business owner in the sale of this excellent opportunity. The former owner provided a great basis for the new ownership to step in and excel in this exciting business,” said Bacon regarding the transaction.
