Gerry Surprenant, executive vice president of MG Commercial has sold 10 River Rd. for $1 million. The property is a 20,500 s/f, single-story industrial building situated on a 7-acre lot, and located at the corner of Wampanoag Trail and Mink St.. For almost 45 years, the property was the home of Maylor Boiler Repair and Acme Boiler Rental. The buyer of the property is AAA Northeast. AAA plans on a major redevelopment of the facility for use as a branch sales office, training facility and emergency vehicle storage and servicing.
