Surprenant of MG Commercial leases 8,800 s/f to Vector Software
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial has leased 8,880 s/f to Vector Software, Inc. of North Kingstown at Greenwich Medical & Office Park at 1351 South County Trail.
Surprenant represented Vector.
East Greenwich Medical & Office Park is a five building complex, containing 200,000 s/f and which was developed by FH French/ Blackstone Management of Lincoln. Jennifer Cooke is the managing partner of the landlord.
