Surprenant of MG Commercial leases 7,200 s/f building to CarQuest
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial and Fred Santaniello of Paradigm, Inc. have leased the 7,200 s/f former Stateline Pharmacy property at 640 Broadway to BWP Distributors, dba/ CarQuest for retail and wholesale auto parts. The new location will consolidate three area stores. Surprenant represented CarQuest and Santaniello represented the landlord.
