Surprenant of MG Commercial leases 4,200 s/f to Cavel USA
Cavel USA, Inc. has leased 4,200 s/f at 1 Davol Sq. located in the Jewelry District.
Jay Fluck and Andrew Galvin of CBRE represented the landlord, Brown University.
Gerry Surprenant, SIOR of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
