Concord, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a new ground lease transaction with Dairy Queen at 192-192 Loudon Rd.  The planning board approvals have been received by a local landlord, The Hodges Companies with demolition and site work expected to commence within the next month.  Dairy Queen will build and occupy a 2,600 s/f free-standing building with a drive-thru attached.

Summit Realty Partners is excited to be involved with the rejuvenation of this property located on a major retail corridor, and neighbor to a myriad of national retail and restaurant brands.  Summit Realty Partners is actively prospecting a variety of other businesses to fill out the remainder of available space at the property.  Besides Dairy Queen, the retail site currently has conceptual approvals for a 6,534 s/f restaurant space and a 2,400 s/f bank opportunity with drive-thru access. The developer indicates that there is flexibility for alternative uses and/or designs for the remainder of site.

Summit Realty Partners would like to thank Ryan Minihan and Rob Robledo of CBRE-NE who represented Dairy Queen, as well as its landlord client, The Hodges Companies, for their partnership in the completion of the Dairy Queen transaction. Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners is the exclusive listing agent for the landlord.
