Summit Realty Partners leases 2,000 s/f to Zoup!

According to Summit Realty Partners, Zoup! has signed a lease at Sherwood Plaza. A franchisee of Zoup! has leased a 2,000 s/f storefront and is scheduled to open in January 2015. Sherwood Plaza is a 300,000 s/f retail shopping center located on Rte. 9 that is occupied with high quality retailers and restaurants, including Dick's Sporting Goods, Christmas Tree Shoppes, LA Fitness, Petco, Ulta Beauty, David's Bridal, Starbucks and Smashburger. Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners represented the tenant and Ria McNamara of Retail Real Estate Services represented the landlord in this transaction. Zoup! is the leading fast-casual soup restaurant concept that is defining the category with its award-winning soups, salads and sandwiches, served in a casual, comfortable setting. Each location offers 12 always-rotating soups per day, from its collection of hundreds of award-winning recipes. Zoup! has approximately 70 restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
