Summit Realty Partners handles three leases for Tropical Smoothie Café

Swampscott, MA Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed lease negotiations for three new Tropical Smoothie Café locations. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty Partners represented the tenant in these transactions.

A franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has leased a 2,301 s/f retail location at the 145,000 s/f Swampscott Mall. This Tropical Smoothie Café location is now open for business. 

A franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has leased a 1,675 s/f retail location at 43 Drum Hill Rd. in Chelmsford, Mass. 

Another franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has leased a 1,992 s/f retail location at Ledgeview Way in Wrentham, Mass. 

Tropical Smoothie Café is a fast-casual restaurant concept that serves smoothies, wraps, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and more in a casual, comfortable setting. Each location offers a wide menu variety. Tropical Smoothie Café has roughly 861 smoothie café locations in 45 different states.
