This 32,013 s/f retail strip center situated on 3.89 acres is located at the lighted intersection of Amherst St. (101A) and Thornton Rd. This center features a diverse tenant mix including restaurants, banking, fitness and daily needs. 

Summit has executed four leases in the last twelve months totaling over 12,000 s/f of retail space. These tenants include SPENGA, K’sone’s Thai Dining & Lounge, Kung Fu Tea and Avian & Sage Salon.
