Sullivan Construction to complete 37,000 s/f Alzheimer's Care Center: at 295 Lafayette Road in Rye; To include 56 resident rooms

Sullivan Construction Inc. was selected as the construction manager for the new single story construction of an 805 Licensed Alzheimer's Care Center at 295 Lafayette Rd. The future assisted living facility, to be called Sanctuary at Rye, is approximately a 37,000 s/f building. The building includes 56 resident rooms, commercial kitchen facilities, non-skilled nurse stations and administrative spaces. The structure is wood framed and the exterior shell is constructed with various exterior envelope and roofing materials. Medium to higher end finishes, will be applied to interior spaces. Families and residents will be able to stay connected via the Internet as well. This is the first memory care facility on the seacoast of N.H.
