Sullivan Construction completes outpatient facility for Frisbie Memorial Hospital

Ringing in the new year, Sullivan Construction Inc. completed Frisbie Memorial Hospital's newest outpatient facility. Working with JSA Architects of Portsmouth, the Sullivan team wrapped up construction of the energy efficient, two story, 13,299 s/f medical office building as 2008 came to a close. The completely handicap accessible facility has 11 exam rooms, four treatment rooms, a 1,500 s/f wellness room on the second floor, a lab and X-ray room, hydraulic passenger elevator, and an emergency generator. Scope of work for this project included shell construction and fit-up, utility, HVAC, and fire protection installation, site preparation, and landscaping complete with in ground irrigation systems Sullivan Construction Inc., a 39 year old design/build and construction management company, is a member of the United States Green Building Council and is active throughout the northeast in healthcare, corporate, hospitality and retail construction and renovation.
