Stubblebine Co. renews Spire's 45,000 s/f lease of flex space

Spire Corp. renewed a 45,000 s/f lease at 25 Sagamore Park Rd. David and James Stubblebine and Don Humpton of The Stubblebine Company represented Spire in the negotiations. The landlord, SPI-Trust, a trust of which Roger Little, chairman of the board, chief executive officer and president of the company, is the sole trustee and principal beneficiary, represented their own interests. 25 Sagamore Park Rd. is a 90,000 s/f flex building with 17' clear ceiling height and 2 exterior loading docks on 11 acres. The building is masonry construction on town water and sewer and has 800 amps/120 volts 3-phase of power.
