Clinton, MA David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine, principals, and Alan Ringuette and David Skinner, senior advisors at The Stubblebine Company and James Lipscomb and Joe Fabiano of CBRE, arranged a 84,029 s/f lease to Tighe Warehousing and Distribution, Inc. at 100 Adams Rd. The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, a venture between Marcus Partners and Northbridge Partners, and CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.
