118 Grand Avenue - New Haven, CTNew Haven, CT Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the lease of 700 s/f at 118 Grand Ave.
The tenant, Haci Top of Grand Avenue Pizza LLC, will be opening a new pizza restaurant at this address with the anticipated opening in April. The landlord is Three Brothers, LLC. Stratton was the sole agent in this transaction.
