Steingold and Paskalis of MG Commercial sell 51,000 s/f warehouse - $2.2 million
Richard Wixted of New England Realtor sold 862 Waterman Ave., the former Showtime location where the cable television station series "Brotherhood" was filmed, for $2.2 million. The facility is traditionally a 51,000 s/f high bay distribution warehouse facility.
Wixted represented the seller GBK Realty.
The buyer is Don-Mar Frame & Molding of Seekonk. Don-Mar is a wholesale distributor of picture frames.
Larry Steingold and George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

The industrial markets have never been stronger. What has happened is that the build out of Devens with new high-tech biotech manufacturing with housing to service these buildings serves as the connector required to really make the I-495 West market sizzle. Worcester has been the beneficiary
