Steingold and Paskalis of MG Commercial sell 49,750 s/f industrial building to Richline Group
Larry Steingold and George Paskalis of MG Commercial Real Estate, sold the former Sardelli building known as 195 Dupont Dr. which is located in the Huntington Industrial Park.
The buyer, Metal Dynamics Inc., purchased the former Sardelli Facility, from Kingfield Real Estate, the seller for $1.55 million.
The building was available for sub-lease by MG Commercial Real Estate on behalf of the Richline Group, the tenant.
Larry Steingold and George Paskalis were the only brokers involved in the transaction.
